About Kindergarten

Kindergarten No. 5 in Siemiatycze, known as "In the Enchanted Forest," was established on June 30, 1985, and received its name during its 25th anniversary celebration in 2010. Located in a peaceful area near a forest, it provides children with close contact with nature. Since May 2022, the kindergarten has been integrated with Nursery No. 2, which began construction at the start of 2021.

The entrance and hall of the kindergarten are adapted to meet the needs of people with disabilities, offering a spacious area and wheelchair access. The main hallway serves as a shared area for both the kindergarten and the nursery. Depending on the direction taken, it leads to the office of the Director, the Accountant's office, and the nursery rooms "Clovers" and "Chamomiles."

Turning left, visitors enter the kindergarten area, where stairs lead to the children's changing rooms. The kindergarten has six spacious rooms equipped with multimedia tools such as a magic wall, magic carpet, projector, interactive whiteboard, and tablets. Each room is adapted to the age and needs of the children.

In addition to educational rooms, the facility includes several other spaces:

• Special Education and Speech Therapy Room – a place where specialists provide therapeutic activities tailored to the individual needs of children.
• Fikoland – equipped with two ball pits, foam slides, large blocks, a climbing wall, mats, and balls.
• Language and IT Room – featuring multimedia equipment such as tablets, a laptop, projector, interactive whiteboard, robots, and English language learning aids.
• Laboratory Room – equipped with research tools and educational aids to support children’s comprehensive development.
• Mirror and Music Room – containing numerous instruments used during rhythmics classes.
• Sports Equipment Room – where all sports gear used for gymnastics activities is stored.
• Library – offering a collection of fairy tales, stories, and poems for children and adults.
• Rehabilitation Room – equipped with specialist tools used for therapy sessions.

Each room is regularly renovated and maintained. The kindergarten also has a kitchen that provides healthy and balanced meals for the children. Nearby, there are also the offices of the caretaker and the administrative assistant of the facility.
